Situated within the inner-city suburbs of Melbourne, this stunning Victorian Terrace was in need of renovation. The small, outdated kitchen was not functional and had a lot of remedial work that needed fixing.
Within the Macaulay Project, MJ Harris Group and their Senior Designer Jeyda, have transformed this space into a light, sophisticated, and functional kitchen for their client.

The space has been completely transformed, by installing Velux skylights, new aluminum doors, and a splashback window- allowing maximum natural light. The brief was to create a space with traditional accents including shaker-style doors, herringbone flooring, a warm and detailed splashback, and pairing these with brushed brass fittings and fixtures.
TradCo’s Classic cupboard knobs and drawer pulls in Satin Brass were the perfect selection for this space. The satin brass finish pairs beautifully with the joinery colour selection and the stunning porcelain splashback. The aim was to have hardware with characteristics that could complement a traditional style house while maintaining a clean and minimalistic appeal.
