Berry Farmhouse is a lovingly restored cottage located in country New South Wales. After 25 years in the industry and building and designing more than 100 luxury homes, the owners of Hilton Residential discovered this 2-acre farm and decided to make it their own renovation project.

The property is situated in the centre of Berry, overlooking the rolling hills of the countryside, the perfect home to restore to the original charm of the surrounding historic cottages. The existing house was a two-storey weatherboard home, with 5 bedrooms all with ensuites, no living area and a kitchen that wasn’t functional for the size of the house.

Bringing this historic cottage back to life, Hilton Residential added an extension to create an open layout, a functional space where they could gather and entertain, breathing life back into a once character filled home.

A modern take on a 1850s style kitchen forms the focal point of the living space. TradCo’s Drop Pull, T Pull and D Pull Porcelain cabinetware features throughout, adding a traditional touch to this farmhouse renovation.

The home features light colours, high cathedral ceilings and timber accents, every element has been carefully considered to blend with the rest of the building.

The front porch features TradCo’s Polished Brass Ship Bell and Matt Black Ornate Centre Door Knob opening to a light filled hallway that connects both the old and new parts of the house and works as grand entrance to the new kitchen and living space.

Berry Farmhouse is filled with detail, warmth and character and renovated to bring families together for many more years to come.
